Listening Post
The Listening Post section allows you to compare the different sound qualities of our microphones to help you decide which one is right for your needs. Select either by type of instrument / voice, and listen to the same sound source recorded with a selection of different microphones, or choose your microphone model and hear how the different instruments will sound.
The online streaming function uses MP3 files, however for a better comparison, CD quality 16 bit 44.1kHz WAV files are available to download for each recording. As with any detailed listening experience, using studio monitors or monitor headphones will reveal the true nuance of each microphone.
