In a move designed to improve service to customers and allow for projected future expansion, Audio-Technica Ltd recently completed a move into new office and warehouse premises in Leeds. The company’s new, larger home will allow for significantly higher levels of stockholding, key to its plans for growth in the next five years.
The relocation is in line with the company’s developments across Europe; Audio-Technica Germany moved to larger premises earlier in 2011, as did the French division in the week preceding the Leeds office change of address.
In other recent changes at Audio-Technica, Tom Harrold (previously sales and marketing assistant) has been promoted to assistant marketing manager – pro audio. The newly recruited Rodrigo Thomaz (technical sales and support advisor) takes on Harrold’s former sales responsibilities, while also providing technical support to customers.
Audio-Technica Ltd managing director Adrian Rooke said, “The new office and warehouse will enable us to serve customers more efficiently and, crucially, allow us space to grow. It’s an exciting move and one that lays a firm foundation for our business activity in the coming years.
I’m also pleased to congratulate Tom on his promotion and welcome Rodrigo to the Audio-Technica team. Tom has proved a great asset to the marketing department in the last two and a half years and his new role as assistant marketing manager is well deserved, while Rodrigo will be a great resource as far as technical sales are concerned.”
Audio-Technica’s new address is Technica House, Unit 5, Millennium Way, Leeds LS11 5AL
The company’s telephone number remains unchanged: 0113 277 1441
